HELP! What is causing this?
There have been no hardware changes such as motherboard or harddrive...or anything. I work for a University in Washington and purchased this via an online agreement.

I never gave the government my property rights nor have I signed anything from them. They are corrupt. They even embezzled my money from a global account. I have proof. I am claiming fraud on this document.
I will be suing them so they should stay way from my property cause it's only helping me build my case. Now please give me back my rights unless you want to be involved in the lawsuit as well.
