I canot validate windows 7

  My copy of windows 7 wont allow itself to be validated, i have the original discs but i've recently moved and have lost the box with the cd key so reinstalling is out of the question. How do i get a new cd key???

   

  
  

  You probably don't need one - To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
  Once saved, run the tool.
  Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
  To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.

  ...also, if your install is currently working, you can use Belarc Advisor to tell you the product Keys for Windows and Office, and a number of other programs.

  If the install is not functional, then youmay be able to get the key using other means such as booting with a WinPE disk, or slaving the drive to another computer, and usingsoftware to extract the key from there.
