Can't download office template RRS feed

    This is the error I get: 
    Hi, I am trying to download a template from Office 2007 - Word and it just keeps coming up with the following window.


    The template cannot be downloaded. To fix this problem, do the following:

    - make sure your computer is connect to the Internet (it is).
    - make sure your browser is not in offline mode (it's not)
    - try to download the template again later (did that, same result)


    Any advice?
