Unable to Contact anyone for Live One purchase

I paid for Live one on line and it charged my credit card but I recieved no program. I have been unable to speak to anyone about this since you don't seem to have that option. Another email address was sent my program but how can you complain? I am calling the credit card Company and have the charges canceled. If I get One care it will have to be in disc form. If someone would contact me this could all be resolved.

No installation disc is provided for an online purchase and the retail CD is only an installation disc which connects to the One Care download site.. To install One Care go to - http://onecare.live.com/standard/en-us/install/addcomputerinstall.htm sign in using the Live ID and password used to purchase your subscription and begin the installation. If this is not satisfactory you can contat support to cancel your account and request a refund.
