We are running CRM4.0 with the Outlook clients. We are seeing every 10 minutes an event log on the server referencing CRM

The default max file size in MS CRM is 10mb. As you say you are getting the error message every 10 mins I would imagine most files are over the limit.
I dont think there is a way to identify the file(s)/User looking at the error message. Recommend a controlled sycn with a single email with a large file to see if the file size is causing the error logs. Once you've confirmed the cause I would suggest you make the changes in my previous post.
