  • Here is what we do in our regular workflow:

    1) Call up on leads and qualify or disqualify them.
    2) A qualified lead is converted to an account, contact and opportunity
    3) Start activities on the opportunity.

    Now we want to do campaigns which go like this:

    a) do a campaign on our leads, i.e. show, email blast, etc.
    b) Schedule a distributed phone call activity
    c) After the phone call the caller either disqualifies the lead or converts it to an account, contact & opportunity (see step 2 above)

    Everything is fine except for step c. It seems impossible to directly disqualify or qualify a lead directly from the phone activity screen. Instead it seems you have to first have to do the campaing response, then pull up the lead and convert it. I'm sure I can't get our sales people to do this two step process. Is there another way to make this more simple?

  • Is possible put a button in Phone call or menu action to qualify or disqualify lead , editing ISV and call to crm web service by javascript?.
