  Hi Tony,

     Thank you for your interest in Microsoft Fix it Center (beta). I'm sorry to hear that. To help you solve your issue, we need find the root cause. Could you please provide me your Fix it install or update event log informations?

              1. Control panel -> Administrative Tools -> Open Event Viewer

              2. Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> Applications

  I also have the identical problem and have created a log file for your examination but don't know how to attach it.  It is 2 Mb in size.

  Am very anxious.

  Hi Sam and Tony,

      Thanks for your posted. Base on your described, we have repro this issue at XP sp3 VM, if it is your current use OS, we find the root cause was MSXML6 wasn't be install correctly. The Microsoft Fix it Center application's OS requirement (Windows XP SP3 or above), one of the required components, namely MSXML6. Could you please try uninstall and reinstall MSXML 6.0.  Hope it will helps.
