    A few months ago I had to wipe my hard drive on my Dell Inspiron 1520 laptop. My laptop came with Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition. The next time I tried to use Excel or Word it prompted my to enter a product key. I entered the key labeled on the back of my laptop and have checked it multiple time to ensure that I have entered it correctly. I am receiving a message saying that the Product Key entered is incorrect. I'm not a tech wizard so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    The Key on the COA sticker is for Windows, not Office - If you had office installed, then you should have the Key in the packaging in which Office came.
