Solution deployed as managed and unmanaged blocking upgrade RRS feed

    I have a client that had clickdimensions installed on their  CRM in a very awkward way. someone installed clickdimensions using the managed solution , what is expected, and them, I believe its been deployed again as unmanaged  along with custom development from a dev server. now when I try to install and upgrade, I get an sql error that appear to be related to an unmanaged object not able to be upgraded by a managed solution.

    how can I fix that without deleting the clickdimension entities?

    Hi,

    Did you trace the issue sql error?

    Determine the source of the error. If it happening due to the plugin or JS code, then try to disable it and then upgrade it.

    In case you face any difficulty, share the trace log.
