About 2 or 3 times a week, we get this issue on our on-premise CRM 4 install. Any attempt to access the site returns the "Invalid User Authorization - The user authentication passed to the platform is not valid" error message.
I know what the fix is - a simple IIS stop and start on the CRM box and it works fine right away. Based on the other information I have found concerning this error message, I don't understand why this is happening. None of our Active Directory users are
changing, and no configuration changes are being made to the system. So it seems like a random problem.
Does anyone know what might be causing this and/or how to prevent it?
