Alright so here is the situation. Just today a few hours ago while my 4 year old was using my dell laptop to watch yt vids he somehow managed to bitlock my hard drive. I have no idea what bitlocker is nor do i have any recollection of setting it up or receiving
a key to unlock it. After some searching i found a method that on dell's community(link below) and stopped the computer from sending me directly to the bitlocker screen. Relieved that the situation got handled when i tried to use my laptop another situation
appeared, it was now stuck on an Automatic Repair loop. I found a YouTube video on how to deal with that using command prompt but on the final sequence where i attempted to export a backup from the drive, it tells me the operation failed and that the drive
is locked by the bitlocker drive encryption. What do i do? i have important documents saved on this computer so i can't afford losing even 1.
