I re-install live onecare after a problem with my motherboard, right now the live onecare it's working but within a term of 15 days, asking to subscribe and when I try this, with the product key that came in with it, then ask to re-activate my product.
I tried to follow the instruction, enter the live onecare center and try to find the re-activate again but could not find it. I tried using the help section, went on-line and nothing. What Can I do? I do really need help.
