Re-activate Live OneCare RRS feed

    I re-install live onecare after a problem with my motherboard, right now the live onecare it's working but within a term of 15 days, asking to subscribe and when I try this, with the product key that came in with it, then ask to re-activate my product.

     

    I tried to follow the instruction, enter the live onecare center and try to find the re-activate again but could not find it.  I tried using the help section, went on-line and nothing.  What Can I do? I do really need help.

  • To activate OneCare after a reinstall (or when installing to a 2nd and 3rd PC, as allowed by license) you use the LiveID that the subscription was created with - the subscription ID. The product key cannot be used again.

    If you don't recall the LiveID you used for your subscription, you will need to contact support who can provide that information to you using your Key and/or contact information.

    Alternatively, sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com with email addresses that you have set up as LiveIDs and one will show your subscription listed - that would the LiveID to use to activate the reinstall.
