Hi,
Just configured the E-Mail components for CRM. Currently E-Mails generated by the CRM take upto 40 minutes to send. E-Mails sent from outlook are delivered instantly.
Can all you geniuses point me in the right directions for reducing this delay?
Thanks,
Steve

Hi,
are you using the email router? If yes, try to decrease the value PendingStatusDelay in the file Microsoft.Crm.Tools.EmailAgent.xml.
See
http://blogs.msdn.com/crm/archive/2008/07/02/email-router-configuration-xml-file-explained.aspx
for a description of the config file and
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972150/
for a description how you can override the values
