When is the SubscriptionID set on an activity Entity, for example PhoneCall, Email, Letter, or Appointment? RRS feed

  • Does anyone know at what point does the SubscriptionID get updated on an activity Entity, specifically PhoneCall, Email, Letter, or Appointment?  I'm trying to track down a potential issue that may be caused when an Activity is synced through Exchange, but I'm unable to find any documentation about how this process works under the hood.  The only documentation I can find about this field is from CRM 4.0 documentation which says it's just for "Internal Use Only".
