  • Hello Atifsn,

Since our "quick-fix" did not seem to correct the problem, may I suggest opening up a free, WGA tech support incident?  Please do so at this link:  http://support.microsoft.com/gethelp/default.aspx?content=ph;en-us;9860

Could you do us a favor and report back with the final diagnosis and fix for your particlular situation?  Thanks in advance! :-)

Thank you for posting in the WGA Forum :-).  First we need you to run the MGA Diagnostic Tool and provide us with the actual results back in this thread. Please located the announcement @ the top of the forum Please Run The Microsoft Diagnostic Tool First".  You will find detailed steps for running the MGA Diagnostic Tool and pasting the results back in the thread.
