I don't know how I lost N:1 Relationships in CASE (Account_as_customer_cases) RRS feed

  • In CRM 2013, in my Toolbar in  Service - Case, don't have any color , and don't show anything as Account or Contacts, these option had color . We don't know what happen it? Only difference was the N:1 Relationship

    I:N Relationship

     

    we try migrate DB again but we had the same result.  The proyect is change CRM 4 for CRM 2013. Any suggest?

        How did you perform your upgrade from 4.0 to 2013? There is no direct upgrade path from 4.0 to 2013, so did you first upgrade to CRM 2011?

  • Hi, Try resetting your site map using the sitemap editor in the xrm toolbox. I can see from your screenshot you have some issues as the Unknown10 grouping. If you use the tool to reset the sitemap you'll also see new tiles in settings such as email configuration which don't appear after upgrading. Once reset, you can customise your sitemap as your business requires. Rob
