    i know im not in the right place but can anyone tell me who do i need to call and what phone# at microsoft do i need to call .i recieved a e.mail from london  nw 10  united kinkdom stating i have won the microsft lottery drawing the e.mail is from microsoft lottery award . it states i have won nine hundred and fifty pounds and it has bill gates name on it but i know this is clearly a scam  if anyone knows what department i need to call please let me know thanks
