    Hi,

    I am wondering if there are any good possibilities to automate a clone of Organization-Instances of CRM systems.

    A scenario I would like to realize is:

    I have a production system and a test environment. In a nightly bath run I want to clone the production system and replace it via the test-environment, so that our customer can do some testing with nearly real-time-data. Maybe we can go a step further and to the cloning per mouse-click.

    Are the any best practices which I should know about.
