    Subject says it all - is there a nice way to deploy Case Routing Rules?

    We have Dev, QA and Live instances, and want a controlled roll out of what is actually data, but is in execution business process.

    Hi,

    as these are standard records in entities, I would try to set up the dynamics connector between the dev, QA and live instances to tranfer the data from dev to QA to Live.

    But I am not sure if this will be working, as these entities are little different than the others.
