    Hey,

    When I’m trying to watch courses with my IT Academy Student Pass (online learning  @ https://itastudentpass.microsoftelearning.com/ ) I have problems.

    The error message I’m getting, once the pop-up window open, is “File Could not be loaded by the xml parser: viewer/LMS/LMSDATAMODEL.xml”. I’m on xp sp3 with ie6 sp3 and the “tset your computer” in the FAQ reports that everything is fine. I really don’t get why the error message is talking about xml service when in the “tset your computer” it checked this line in green …

    keep me inform of any additional information that might resolve the issue at hand & thx in advance !

    Also I'm in a corpoarte environment but the FAQ doesn't specify any port that has to be open or anything. I know they block .wmv and other streaming format (microsfot webcast do go through though)
