  I'm trying to validate using the "alternate validation method."
  
  Step 1:  Run the validation tool.
  Works OK.
  
  Step 2: Enter your validation code.
  Works OK.
  
  I paste in the code. I click the "Validate" button. I'm re-directed to
  http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/exeValidation.aspx?displaylang=en
  
  I get back "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found."
  
  - Can anybody at Microsoft tell me why Microsoft's very own website cannot find its own page?
  - Can anybody at Microsoft rectify this idiocy?
