Can I install a Windows 7 and Windows 8 dual boot using Windows 8 Upgrade?

Question
-
I'd like to install a dual boot system on my new build and was wondering if I can install Windows 7 on one partition and then install Windows 7 on another partition then use Windows 8 Upgrade on the second partition since I have a Key for both.
EDIT:
I have one Windows 7 Auth. key and one Windows 8 key.- Edited by BumpassVA Tuesday, December 11, 2012 5:47 AM clarification

NO
To use teh Windows 8 Upgrade you must have a VALID qualifying license for Windows available as base.
Your Windows 7 license is only valid for ONE installation - and cannot be sumultaneously be used for a normal Win7 install, and as the basis for an Upgrade to Win8.

OK, ... never hurts to ask. Thanks for the reply and information.
EDIT:
Dang! I just remembered, I have an unused WinXP Pro Authorization key. I can use that , right?
EDIT:
The XP version I have is 32 bit. Will I be able to upgrade to Windows 8 Pro 64 bit? With my Win8 Key?
