Copy of windows is not genuine. Build 6001. Windows Vista RRS feed

  • Question

  • Recently i had to do a system restore back to factory settings on my laptop.
I have tried going on ga.microsoft.com to do a validation test.
My results were: Incomplete. Could not tell if this copy is genuine or not.. Somewhere along those lines.
I have done a diagnostic test.

i know that i have a valid license because i have gone thru this before.
But now that i basically have a new laptop seeing as i had to restore to factory settings, It says i have no license.

I tried calling this in but they needed some number on the bottom of my device.
That would be easy enough if i could actually read those numbers anymore.

Someone please help me i am losing my mind!! O__O.

We need the complete MGADiag report to be able to tell you what may be happening - the Invalid License that we see there just means that something has failed somewhere.
