mouse pointer blinking

  My mouse pointer is blinking constantly , it stops and restarts again.

  when it blinks , laptop dont works fluently . while playing video , vedio freezes and audio continues . 

  i updated the drivers , scanned whole system , searched task manager for some irregular things , but nothimg helped me.

  i have HP laptop , windows 10 , 64 bit
