POP3/SMTP Mailbox - Server Profile - Dynamics 365 RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have configured the email router with the below settings and tested the mailbox in router. Its is showing Incoming/Outgoing test succeeded.

    Rackspace email server:

    POP3 (incoming) secure.emailsrvr.com  - 995
    SMTP (outgoing) secure.emailsrvr.com  - 465

    I have used the below configuration which didn't work - email status is 'Pending Send' forever. 

    Query: How to configure/create a mailbox and Server Profile for a user in CRM to use this email router to send/receive emails? could someone guide me?
