I've been using Live Mesh for the past 2 weeks from Belgium and just now I'm being greeted with the message: "Thanks for your interest! Live Mesh is currently available in the U.S. only."
Please try deleting your browser's cookies (or at least all those cookies in the mesh.com domain) to see if that resolves the issue. If that does not work then please go ahead and open a bug through Connect (instructions are in an Announcement at the top of the forums). If you have any questions, do let me know.
