Error message in the installation process

I am trying to install the program I just bought, but it gave an error message--ID 0018-80070641. I can't find what the error is. Please help. This is the hardest program to install that I have ever attempted. It was nearly impossible, even, to open the package in the first place.

I found your post in the reporting folder where abuse is reported to the moderators.

The 0018 error indicates a problem with the installer.
