Hi,
I am installing CRM 4 on Windows Server 2008 R2. When performing the installation I get the following error
Action Microsoft.Crm.Setup.Server.AddIncomingServerToPrivUserGroupAction failed
Does anyone know how to fix this error?

The user installing CRM would typically need to be a member of the Domain Admins role in order to create the required Groups in Active Directory, either make sure your user is a Domain Admin or if you are unable to be made a Domain Admin, then you would need to get an Administrator to create the Groups for you in Active Directory and install CRM using a config file.
