Installation Problem

  I have downloaded and installed WLW from the link in My Spaces.  It seems to install OK with no error messages.  However, when it finishes, nothing happens if I click on it in the displayed window.  It also will not run from the .exe in the directory.  All I get is a sound that something I did is invalid.
  
  I am using XP sp2 and have .NET 2.0 with the correct info in the registry.
  
  Any ideas of things for me to look for or try?
