I have virus win32/Alureon.H - HELP!!

  Help - I need to get rid of this thing. None of the scans can get rid of it, and I am no computer genius.

  I read on another post its possible for a Microsoft person to take control of your computer and run a special scan 'TDSS Killer'

  How can I get this done?
