How to edit/reopen closed Invoice(Invoice Paid) RRS feed

    Hi 

    What is the best possible way to reopen/edit a closed invoice(Invoice Paid).

    please suggest.

    Hi Abhi,
    Standard functionality in CRM, when an invoice is closed, you cant edit it or reopen it but you have the option to mark as complete or partial. You cannot re-open an invoice and change it to complete (i.e. paid).
    If you have a partial invoice the fact that it is partial is simply an indicator to show that another invoice is expected to meet the full amount (whatever you deem to be the full amount as an invoice can be created without being linked to an order).

    Hi Abhi,

    You cant edit closed invoice as all fields become read only on closure. And i don't see any option to reopen the invoice.
