error message at installation

I'm getting an error message at installation error id: 0014-80072EFD.

I followed instructions to go to tool, internet settings, connection, LAN settings and uncheck automatically detect settings.

This didn't work. Anything else that I can try?

So I tried those tips and I still get Error ID 0014-80072EFD. Any other ideas?
