    Is it possible to have any alerts sent to one PC only?  I have the connector software installed on three PC's: mine, and my two kids.  They don't need to know that they have to reconfigure a backup if a hard drive is added, or that McAfee really wants me to install it.

    I assume that for automatic backups the connector software MUST be installed.  So is there a way to "mute" messages on certain computers?

    Turn alerts off on the PCs that you don't want alerts showing on:
    • right click the connector system tray icon
    • deselect Display Network Health Notifications
    On a computer you've done this on, the system tray icon will always show either Green (if the server is detected on the local network) or Grey (if not).

    Regarding McAfee, in the console you can choose to ignore that notification. Then you won't be reminded any more.
