CRM 4.0 Outlook Client: Installed but not working RRS feed

  • We've installed and configured the Outlook client (On-premise; Online version).

     

    The main toolbar buttons appear and no toolbar appears in the Outlook forms (e.g. email).

     

    When I click "Track in CRM" nothing happens but when I click New activity the CRM windows appear?

     

    Tired uninstall / reinstall but still happening.

     

    Originally I had the "offline client" installed (and working) but needed to downgrade as SQL was slowing my PC.

     

    thoughts?
