Text Labels on the Service Calendar RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I'm quite new to developing CRM. Basically we have a CRM 4.0 setup and wondered whether there was either a supported or unsupported way of being able to edit the text shown on appointments in the service calendar. At the moment it shows the subject, but we would like it to show a custom field we are adding.

  • Hi, Mark.

    You could try to write a plugin on Execute/RetrieveMultiple messages of Service Activity entities to change subjects with your fields values. Check this url . But if you will choose this way - this custom field will be shown in all views of service activities you have.
