How to automatically update data from prod to test CRM 2013 Online RRS feed

    Hi Guys,

    I have two CRM 2013 Online, one is production and other one is test.
    How can I migrate all data from Prod to Test?
    In addition, is it possible to run this on Schedule? Like every night around 21:00 all new changes done to Prod will automatically get synced to test?

    Use the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Instance adapter to synchronize data between two Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 organizations. This adapter is for use with Connector for Microsoft Dynamics only

    [Prerequisite]

    1.        You should have a dedicate server to run the connector tool
    2.        You should have the same customization between your Live env and Test env.

    [Resolution]

    1.        Install Connector for Microsoft Dynamics AX on the server with SQL Server instance.
    2.        Import the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Instance Adapter into the connector
    3.     Create the Destination configuration and Source configuration like following(Note: URL is the discover url, you can find it at Settings->Customizations->Develop Source):
    4.     Create map to map the entity and fields, you can also change the Check for changes to weekly

    Have you tried it? can it migrate everything? altso acitivites and attachments?
