messed up dvd/cd rom file

   idown loaded a dvd cd rom file wth 3 parts: video _ts. bup,video_ ts.vob, video_ts.ifo, i opened it at a 1 st it worked thanit asked what to open one of them with and it's been drivng me crazy ever since i will get the opening page (main menu) it wiont do anythig else
