cannot activate windows, have made several attempts to contact

Question
-
I called several times in regard to activating my Windows XP Home Ed and was actually hung on four times by reps before speaking to a supervisor before I was informed that there had been too many attempts at activating my Windows. I was then told to email v013ljos@mssupport.microsoft.com and I have emailed this email three times now with no response! My Windows only has 8 more days until it will shut off and my computer will become useless. Someone please help@!

Hello kanayla,
Try changing the product key from the one installed to the one on the Certificate of Authenticity (CoA), then try a Telephonic Activation. Here is the PK Updater Utility: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=45668
Let us know how it goes :-)
