Subscription not working RRS feed

    I have a new subscription that I am trying to install, I may have tried installing it once before on this computer but it won't even let me do "add a computer"  Please help.

  • I'm not sure I understand what happens. Do you get any errors when you try to install?

    I bought my computer im march of this year, at the same time I bought live onecare but it keeps saying that it has expired

    Check the date and time on your PC. If that is correct, check your subscription status at http://billing.microsoft.com

    If that shows the active subscription and you just updated to version 2.0 automatically, either contact support for help or uninstall OneCare and then reinstall from http://onecare.live.com and activate with your subscription LiveID.
