  • Can I be assisted with setting up a business rule "Duration"(hours) to calculate the hours elapsing for service calls response Entry Date/Time (date & time field) and Close Date/Time (date & time field) in CRM 2013. Thanks for any assistance. DGeddes.

  • Is this just the difference between 2 date/times on a form converted into hours or does it have to differentiate business hours?
