Windows7 activation error, is my license valid?

Question
-
Hi Darin and all, (Im posting my question here following JW Stuarts advice)
I would basically want to know whether my Windows ID is valid or not, according to JW Stuart doesnt look valid, but I would need further evidence(somebody from Microsoft to confirm it?) before reporting the seller on amazon france(I dont want to harm an innocent)
I purchased a copy of Windows7 Ultimate 3 months ago from a reseller on Amazon France (with good user reviews, btw). Everything went fine until today, when i got this error message: The activation server determined the specific product key has been blocked. I tried to re enter the windows key again, with no luck. The windows I purchased looks legit, it was purchase via amazon and the seller has good ratings, so, is there any other explanation to this error? The only hardware upgrade Ive done has been upgrading the RAM to 8GB some weeks ago. Thanks in advance.
This is the output from the MGADiag tool

Your Product ID line shows that you are using an MSDN product key. Since you are not the subscriber who was issued this product key, it is invalid for your use. MSDN keys are not tranferrable and not for resale.
Windows Product ID: 00426-068-2770651-86843
The 068 is the MSDN indicator. Your retail box and its contents is a counterfeit product. Many counterfeit copies are being sold on eBay and the Amazon Marketplace as well as various websites around the world. The product key is not a genuine retail PK. It is a genuine MSDN product key and so will activate and pass as genuine until it is blocked by Microsoft as an MSDN key in use by a nonsubscriber. It takes a while for MS to detect and complete processing of abused keys. Pursue a refund for an item not as described immediately. Do not accept a replacement product key from the seller. It will be from the same source.
Report the incident to Microsoft at
http://www.microsoft.com/howtotell/reports/report.aspx
To see how good these knock-offs are becoming, see
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hzqNNiOM0cs
The reason the Amazon Marketplace reseller had a good rating is that feedback is given soon after receipt of the product and cannot easiily be changed later. Since the counterfeit product does include a genuine product key (albeit of the wrong kind), it activates and validates fine until a few months later when Microsoft has identified it as an abused key and blocked it. In the meantime the reseller has compiled a great feedback rating. Amazon will not let you harm the seller's reputation without giving the seller a chance to make good on the "error".
Buy a copy of Windows from a rock solid seller like the Microsoft Store or Amazon Corp (not an affiliate).
