PLEASE!! help!! my computer doesnt accept the product key,after a 2nd installation of win vista ultimate!!

  hello!

   

            i bought a vista ultimate,the computer,worked wonderfully for 6days,but one day,the system crashed or something,and,win vista wouldnt open,so i asked my elder bro,to help,and he reinstalled vista.Now it askes for a serial/product key,and when i typed the old one,it doesent accept it.Now i have only a few days for activation.

                                       

                                    PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
