    I purchased a new computer and want to use my old MS XP 2003 stundent edition office suite Product Key - I retrieved the Key number from my old computer and tried to use it to on the new computer - said the key number was not authorized.  I know it is authorized for up to three computers.  when I used the ms web page you recommended above in the Lost Ms XP Product Key topics, it gave my the last 15 digits of the product key.  That is the same last fifteen digits I was able to retrieve when using the Jelly Bean Magic Ket retriever.  I believe I have all twenty five Characters.  Do I call the MS tech support?
