  • Hi,

Is it possible to shre your Calendar in CRM 4? it would be great when people are setting up appointments for others, if they could see the other users Calendar instead of just getting the conflict messages...

  • If you use the CRM Outlook client, have your users create appointments in Outlook so they can see the availability of the other users, then track the appointment in CRM.  This will ensure you can see the user's full availability and not just CRM related activities.

  • HI,

If I understood you correctly, maybe instead of sharing the appointments' calendar, you just change the type in service calendar from service activities to appointments?

    Regards.
