OneCare saying a one year subscription is expired after 10 weeks RRS feed

  • Question

  •

The subject line pretty much says it all......purchased and downloaded Windows OneCare on 7/8/08 and today when booted up the computer it stated that LiveOne Care sub is expired.

What can I do to have it recognize that subscription is still valid and not expired?

    Thanks

  • Check if the date and time of your computer is correct. If its incorrect. Set it to the correct setting and restart the computer.

Try to check through https://billing.microsoft.com your subscription status.

Make sure you have signed-in to onecare using the Live ID where your subscription is active.

If everything seems to be correct and still onecare reports your subscription is expired. You may need tocontact support.
