no phone number available when trying to re-activate Office 2007 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Upgraded the processor/mobo on my main Win7 PC, so was not surprised to get a message about needing to re-activate Office 2007.

As I have previously changed the computer I use Office on last year, the Internet option also fails.

However, the telephone option does not work either - nothing happens - no phone number .. nothing.

Anyone know if this is just because the Microsoft lines are closed over the holiday period or is there something else I need to do?

    TIA for any guidance

    Tony
