  • We have CRM 2013 in production and few test CRM 2013 servers. We have also MSDN subscriptions.

    The first question is that CRM keys are the same  for different subscriptions. Is it ok?

    The main question: we have entered the key from the subscription. It was applied without errors.

    But if we go to Deployment Manager, CRM properties, License tab it  tells that server license is still required. Also CRM database Configsettings table shows ISregistered and LicenseKey as NULL.

    This looks abnormal. Or is there some explanation? How can we verify the  installation is successfully licensed?

  • Hi,

    I believe if you have multiple MSDN subscriptions, the key would be different. You cannot have the same key for multiple subscriptions. Also, as far as I know, a single key can only be used for a single server instance; it cannot be used in parallel for multiple instances.
