ActionUri OOP Server -- What does this Server Do?

Question
-
I have recently installed Windows 10. Unfortunately, browsing on the Web, I picked up a site that continued to tell me to update my version of Flash. Clearly this was an attempt to have me download some malware. After hopefully removing the message and resetting Microsoft Edge, I noticed in Task Manager the service "ActionUri OOP Server". I have no idea what it is, though it is supposed to have been created by Microsoft. Can anyone tell me what this is and if it is supposed to be in Windows 10? There is not much on the Internet about it.
Thanks

Hello,
The 'Academic Initiatives - General Discussions' forum is for any posts not covered under any of the other forums as related to Microsoft's Academic Initiatives.
I'd ask in the Windows 10 forum on Microsoft Community, or the Cortana and Search forum on Microsoft Community.
As the Microsoft Community is on a different platform, we cannot move the question for you.Once there, click on Participate near the top of the screen, and select 'Ask a Question' or 'Start a Discussion'

The file location suggests this is part of Cortana's subsystem.Tuesday, August 25, 2015 12:43 PM

When I opened my task manager the "ActionUri OOP Server" was listed 7 times. Is this normal?

I'm not an expert, just a retired geek and by my nature, I just try stuff.
I found that if I just ask Cortana any question, all those "ActionUri OOP Server" processes go away.
