Installed Win 7 PRO and Office Home and Student 2010 Bought from Newegg so I know there good. But not office comes up and says NO software is stalled.

Because Microsoft Office 2010 was just recently released, there is no external mechanism to check its authenticity. Office 2010 installations are assumed to be genuine for the time being.
