    I need to apply some workflows on 100k+ records. I understand the easiest way to do this is pinning a view in the Outlook client which will switch from page view to list view. That will then allow me to select ALL records (rather than 250 at a time) and run my workflow on them. However, Outlook stays in pinned mode. I did shut down outlook and restarted it, I did a refresh on the pinned view, I tried both DisableMapiChaching on and off, etc but nothing helps. Any input is appreciated. I am also open to other easy ways to run a workflow on many datasets. Preferably not by exporting, changing a field and re-importing to trigger the workflow.

    Btw, is there also a way to prevent all these workflows showing up under the system jobs?

    Not sure of the outlook client issue.

    To clear the workflow jobs you can choose to check the option to delete completed jobs. If you have completed system jobs in the system then you can use Bulk delete to clear them.

    CRM Rocks, I actually started creating my own custom solutions but then saw your response and tried the tool. It works like a charm so I abandoned my project. Saves me a good amount of time. Thank you for that tip.
